happy new year! things are thawing out here in the big city and the music scene is heating up! my wintertime projects are winding down. i'm finishing up mastering the rubber room rats debut cd, finishing up the tracks for blueberry high heels latest cd release, and am playing out with a new project: trip with the teacher. we're having our debut show later in january. The bands are booking shows well into the summertime, including the brooklyn pride festival 09 in support of my LGBT brothers and sisters.

- Rubber Room Rats » a powerpunk foursome featuring Jenny Gonzales on vocals (formerly of Mz PakMan), Jose Moreno on guitar (nee The Morning Shakes) and the fat-string stylings of bassist Nick DeValle (of Sick Duck fame).
- Didi Delicious » an underground NYC Rock & Roll veteran and impresario from the days of the NY Dolls, Johnny Thunders and The Ramones, Didi's originals are an energetic treat to the ears. Didi plays bass and vox, and is backed by Dylan Mitchell (of Scratcher fame) on guitar.
- Trip With The Teacher » founded by guitarist Steven Fallon (currently playing for Atomic and formerly with Beauty School Dropouts), TWTT is a hard-rocking powerpop goodtime band that plays songs about the best things in life: girls, parties, movies, cars, and did i mention girls?
i currently have openings in my schedule for studio work. i love working with emerging artists and new bands in helping to formulate their sound and bring about their musical identity. rates are always negotiable and i very easygoing depending on the situation and needs of the artist.
